U Blinds online free extended 5 Year Warranty with 20 years for plantation shutters provides peace of mind when purchasing U Blinds Online products. We guarantee to repair or replace if the product fails to operate or has defects in materials.

Consumer Guarantee

U Blinds online comes with guarantees that are bound by Australian Law. You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it is deemed to be not of acceptable quality.

Of course, all our goods carry the standard 1-year manufacturers warranty. However, we are so confident of the quality and usability of our products that we are able to extend the warranty by a further 4 years, giving 5 years cover in total. With 20 years warranty for our plantation shutters.

The extended warranty covers all parts and materials with just a few simple, normal exclusions as detailed below:

  • Normal expected wear and tear, including reasonable fading of dyed fabrics
  • Accidental damage
  • Goods that have been altered by the others
  • Misuse or failure to install as per instructions provided
  • Non-recommended cleaning methods.
